On Saturday, October 27 from 10am to 5pm, The OC Mart Mix is hosting its first annual The Great Pumpkin Exchange at The Mix. Bring in canned goods for Families Forward, a non-profit, to receive a free pumpkin. Families Forward is a non-profit organization providing help and support to Orange County families in financial crisis www.families-forward.org.

  • ·         Children are also encouraged to dress up for store to store trick-or-treating all day
  • ·         Design and create your own Boo Bag at Fashion Camp OC ($20 per bag; Drop in anytime.)
  • ·         Lollipop Nail Studio will be offering a Mommy and Me October special: A free child polka-dot manicure with the purchase of an adult manicure
  • ·         N'iceCream will be offering pumpkin flavored gelato with a coupon for a $1 off their next child scoop

SUMMER SEWING - FASHION CAMP OC ANNOUNCES SUMMER CAMPS FOR YOUNG FASHIONISTAS

Fashion Camp OC at the oc mart MiX in Costa Mesa, a skill-based camp focused on fashion, design, sewing, styling and creating, has just announced its summer camp dates for 2012.
Fashion Camp OC will host eight weeks of camp this summer, including: week long camps, including the original Fashion Camp, along with a new Advanced Camp for those returning, as well as two Sewing Camps, and a Teen Styling Camp. All camps are broken down by age: Kids (ages 7-9); Tweens (ages 10-12) and Teens (ages 13-18).
All camps are $295. Early birds can get a rate of $225 before April 30 and $265 before June 1.
